Winter Trip to Spain - Day 28 - 06/12/2022

We had a really quiet day yesterday recovering from Sunday 🙈

Today we started off with a toasted French stick, cheese, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes accompanied with some bucks fizz (None of us remember buying the bucks fizz, so goodness knows how long we have had it in the Motorhome!).

Later on we had a walk into Benidorm looking for inspiration for food, and we ended up in a chinese restaurant. We had one of the set meals, and thoroughly enjoyed it. All the staff were great, and the owner made a special effort in coming to welcome you and check on you throughout. They do have some funny sayings, which we chuckled at. She collected the empty starter plate, and said 'We'll done !', and as everyone left, she checked that everything had been OK, that she hoped to see them again, and her parting line was 'let the fun begin' - no idea what she really meant by that, but it made us smile 😊

We then made our way back to the campsite looking out for any bars with entertainment. We came across one, and watched the 2 acts; Kelly Griggs and I'm not sure of the name of the second act, but he wasn't the best entertainer we've seen. There was one couple in there though, who did entertain us, as they took out a sandwich from their pocket and sat and ate it, whilst sharing just the one drink 😳
