Day 65 - 03/07/19 - Benidorm, Spain

Chris had more blisters after our 6 mile walk yesterday - hopefully these won’t be too painful - we’re going to have to stick up on plasters !

After iffing and arring about what to do, we eventually decided to stay on this site for the next 3 weeks, until we meet our family for a hotel holiday in town 😁. It is a great site that we are on, with lots of lovely long-stay people and not far from the town. We have a shaded pitch, a pool, a bar and restaurant / cafe here, and if we move we won’t know what we are moving to, so we thought we may as well stay in a place we are comfortable in.

We had a little walk in the local area and found a bar to have an English breakfast - it’s been a while and we really enjoyed it.

We picked up a few bits and bobs from the shop and headed back to the Motorhome for a sunbathe, and then went into the pool. Good job it wasn’t a cool we wanted as the pool was like a bath - so warm !

Our English neighbours came to the pool too, and after we were sufficiently shrivelled, we got out and dried by the bar, with a beer.

A blast from the last for tea - we had a Frey Bentos pie, tin potatoes and mushy peas 😋
