Another hot day ahead - we’re going to have to get used to this !
We walked into the little village as there was a market on this morning. There were only a handful of stalls, a couple of which were fruit and veg, which is what we wanted, so all good.
As I’m sure you can imagine, we needed a long, cold beer after that. Whilst we were enjoying the beer, someone from my old place of work got in touch - it was lovely to hear from them.
One beer led to another, and we thought we’d better have some food. We ended up having the meal do the day; Caesar salad to start, grilled steaks for main and ice cream for dessert - it was all 😋
We then went to the pool, had a dip and then chilled.
An English family (Bav, Helen and their daughter Ariya) that were parked near to us were there, and we hand quite a chat, and then they brought us more beer, and then we had to go into the air conditioned bar for another couple !
By the time we got back to the Motorhome, the site was looking pretty full - lots of Spainish families had arrived, and we had new neighbours either side of us.
The Spanish don’t eat until really late, even with their young children, so everyone was busy getting their meals ready until about 10 / 11 pm. It did eventually quieten down and the temperature dropped slightly, so we managed to have a good sleep.
