Day 58 - 26/06/19 - Navajas, Spain

We said our goodbyes to Sue and Rob, as they made their way north and we headed south. We all mentioned how we had enjoyed last night, and Sue even said that we had made her holiday - what a lovely thing to say.

We stopped off at a larger supermarket to stock up on food, and then travelled to a campsite in Navajas.

It is still so hot, but the site had canopies over the pitches, which helped with shelter, and there was a pool !

We had a look around and selected a pitch and set up. We then had a BBQ before sunbathing for the rest of the afternoon. Couldn’t believe how cheeky the cat was when I went to my chair, where he had made himself very comfortable!

The pool was open until 8pm, so we were able to go and have a dip early evening to cool off, before showering and popping into the bar for a drink. We spoke to an English couple who we were parked near to, and they have been here for 12 weeks !

We have no idea how long we will stay on this site, as we will take it day by day, but for now we are grateful for the shaded pitches and pool.
