Day 53 - 21/06/19 - Santelices, Spain

We left the elephants and headed for Santelices. We were really high up in the mountains and the mist was hanging in the air.

We saw a few storks as we approached Santelices, in nests, flying around and in the fields - but didn’t manage to get great photos of them, due to the weather.

We arrived at Santelices, an old railway station and were the only ones there. So we used the services and Chris picked a spot to park while I went to fetch fresh bread. I couldn’t see a bakery, and asked someone where it was. I had walked straight passed it - really couldn’t tell it was a shop, all dark and bars on the door - but it was and I got my bread !

We went for a walk in the village once the weather had picked up, and had a beer in the only bar - which also had a shop within it !

Walking back to the Motorhome, we managed to capture a beautiful sunset.
