Today's journey to Navia, took us across at least 20 individually named viaducts - quite a white knuckle ride as the roads were exposed to the winds. I was even too scared to open my window to take photos today for fear of making the motorhome swerve even more !

We parked up on another free stopover in Navia, and went to explore the town, another pretty place. All the trees had been stripped of their branches, but still looked beautiful in thier own way. There were beautifully tiled areas by te water front, and narrow, steep, cobbled roads. Everywhere was closed as here they appear to have an extra long siesta -

1:30pm to 4:30pm. We did manage to find one bar open where we had a few varieties of their beer along with some tapas.

He does tend to have a tighter grip on the steering wheel when we go over them 😂

I bet Chris was not best pleased about the viaducts

It’s lovely to have the time to really take in the environment, we can often be too busy to appreciate what is around us xx
