Winter Trip to Spain - Day 58 - 05/01/2023

I joined the walking group from Villamar campsite again today on a long walk to La Cala Villajoyosa.

We walked along the main roads initially, and came across a park with a display of water fittings, they were quite well hidden from the road, but luckily they caught my eye.

Our first coffee stop - loved the monkeys and tree trunk art on the toilet walls.

We then carried on along the main roads towards La Cala Villajoyosa.

Unfortunately, I had to leave the group in the Old Town and get the bus back to our campsite, for a quick change and bite to eat, before getting the bus back to see the Three King's Parade. Here it marks the arrival of presents for the children. Sweets are thrown for the children and in some of the photos you may see children in balconies with bags to catch the sweets in.
