Day 48 - 16/06/19 - Capbreton, France

Another hot day today, so Chris washed the bedding as it would dry in no time in the heat.

I went to fetch bread for breakfast and the we had a FaceTime call with Ashley, Kirsty and Izzy - just over 5 weeks until we see them face to face 🥰

We stayed by the Motorhome, Chris in the shade as much as he could, and me in the sun, until it got too hot and then I reluctantly moved into the shade too.

It really was too hot to do anything, mid 30s again. We waited until the evening and then went for a walk to the beach. The pine paths were a little cooler having some shade from the sun.

The beach was beautiful, as was the sea. It was such a popular place for the surfers, who were coming and going continuously. Even in the evening it was still so hot - beautiful !

The sunset from the Motorhome was just stunning, the way it coloured the sky between the trees was just beautiful - I tried to take photos, but they just didn’t do it justice.
