A relaxing day today, as we made our way to Alsemberg for the Toer de Geuze 2019 for the weekend. This is an event that only occurs every other year, where a number of Lambic breweries open their doors to the public, free of charge.

We arrived at the Lambic Visitor Centre where we are able to park free for the weekend, and have access to toilets and showers. Again, we received a warm welcome. The Visitor Centre sells a selection of beers, and we tried a couple, as you do.
We met 3 people who were from Macclesfield, and have done this tour many times and provided us with some useful information. Another group were also English on an organised trip from Cheltenham, what a small world !
Good to meet English speaking people x
Very posh !
Looked up info on event 'One can do the tour with one's own means of transport (car, bike...), or one can book a seat on one of the Toer de Geuze coaches'. Really hope you don't lose your accent over there haha x
