Day 35 - 03/06/19 - Molinet, France

Chris managed to capture the beautiful sunset last night and the sunrise this morning, and the stock pile of wood they have - you see this everywhere !

Today we traveled to Molinet, where we had seen a stopover on the side of the “Canal Lateral a la Loire”. After the glorious weather we have been having, as we parked up it began to rain. So, we relaxed over breakfast of croissants and Pain au chocolat with coffee, and then had a nap 😴- all this travelling and doing nothing is very tiring you know !

Afterwards, we went for a bike ride along the canal to Digion. It was quite hot an muggy, but we made it to the town, only to find that everywhere was closed ! Never mind, we did manage to glimpse some young storks in their nest.

We then cycled back to the Motorhome where the clouds had gone and we had a beautiful blue sky. Only one thing for it - a couple of beers a BBQ, and plan where to go next and 4 storks flying above us !

Another free day and night, but need to do a bit of shopping tomorrow !
