Day 24 - 23/05/19 - Maulbronn, Germany

With the sun out again, we decided to make the most if it and stay another day. The free parking was also a bonus, although we have been pretty lucky with cheap / free parking so far. We headed back to the town square, and treated ourselves to a bite to eat and large headed drinks !

I then dragged Chris up some steps that I had been up yesterday. They led to a large lake, but I hadn't ventured that far yesterday. At the top of the steps, we walked over a bridge which looked like it used to be a moat, but was now grassed over, and had small well kept gardens within it. We walked along the path and came across the lake which fed the waterfall we saw yesterday.

We then had a lazy afternoon sitting outside the motorhome, before I decided that I needed another walk (I'm putting far too much weight on !). I took the path back to the square where there was a butterfly garden and the art works.

I had seen a path near to the cementry this morning, that led up the hillside which we could see from the motorhome. So off I went with my camera to explore the path, the views and the zoom on my camera !

Chris stayed at the motorhome and took photos of me taking photos !
