We left the campsite and headed for our lock up to get rid of the bikes and chairs from the motorhome while we are not using them, and to give us more space.

I then went shopping for a few jumpers to keep me warm, and then we headed back to the Black Lion for the night. On the way there an animal ran across the road in front of us, and neither of us were really sure what it was. It looked like a deer but with very short legs - turns out it was a Muntjac deer !

We parked up just as the "Santa" steam train came past - each of its carriages named after one of Santa's reindeers.

We saw more friends in the pub, who were surprised and pleased to see us back, and then ended up on "Curly Sioux" - Neil and Sue's boat where we were invited for supper - just perfect !
