Day 221 - 06/12/19 - Staffordshire, England

A boater friend of ours went out to work and was surprised to see us parked on the car park. He stopped and said hello, and we agreed to catch up with him later.

We then went into a local village (Cheadle), and saw our last neighbour - we couldn’t believe it - neither could he 😂

The Motorhome was filthy with the dirty roads we have travelled on since being back home, and Chris did an amazing job in getting it looking like new again.

Friends of ours were booked into a local campsite, and we decided to join them, although they didn’t know it 😉 the looks on their faces when they saw us - I wish I could bottle it

They took us into Ashbourne where there was a Christmas fair. I had a go on a tombola - brought 6 tickets and won prices with 4 of them - can’t be bad. I thought it was funny though, as they put my prizes into a "Slimming World" bag, along with a "Slimming World" magazine and other leaflets - they obviosuly thought I need help with my weight !
