Day 193 - 08/11/19 - Gibraltar

We woke up to what we thought was rain, but luckily it was just the sprinklers 😃

I went for a short walk this morning along the beach and back along the road - quite a few people on the golf course already.

We had breakfast, packed up and headed towards Gibraltar taking in as much of the coastal roads as we could, going through long tunnels and high bridges - reminded us of Italy.

We parked up in the marina just outside Gibraltar.

We then walked into Gibraltar. It was strange to go through 2 passport control areas within a few meters of each other. We then got on a bus which went across the runway into the town, where we had a look around.

I’m not sure what I was expecting but it was just a typical town with English shops and some pubs which sold English beer !

Before we went back across the border, we popped into Morrison’s for some home comforts 😋

Back on the marina we watched the gorgeous sunset once again.
