We left the stopover, and went back to Visan as there was supposed to be a market on this morning. However, there were only 2 actual market stalls, but in the centre of the village. the stalls for the fete were being set up, ready for the main event to take place this afternoon.

Looking around the village, we noticed some small wooden structures which were for sharing books - what a lovely way to do it.

We left Visan, and made our way to Saint-Bonnet-en-Champsaur, to park up for this evening. Our journey consisted of beautiful views, winding roads, tunnels, unusually decorated roundabouts, and quite a few people hitching for lift !

We first tried an ice cream farm to stay but that no longer existed, and then we headed for a cheese farm, but that was not as expected, so on with plan C.

Plan C was fine, and we managed to find a newly created stopover by a local swimming pool. Once we had parked up, I had a wonder to the local village and managed to get myself an ice-cream 😋
