Well we certainly had a windy night last night, the Motorhome was well and truly rocking (do you have to be in a plane to be in the mile high club 🤔). These were the views we woke up to.
As we made our way out of Andorra, dropping in altitude, we didn’t have to travel far to see more stunning views. We were above the clouds and the views were so picturesque, I think they may have been my favourite views yet 🥰.
While the roads were quite steep and winding, they were wide enough and looked safe enough compared to ones we had been on previously, where the roads were really rough and I had to cross my legs when we passed another vehicle coming the other way, in case it hit me 🙈. With these roads, we were both able to take in the views.
As we got closer to the border, the village was so busy with people shopping for duty free etc. We managed to go straight through the border, no problem. We haven’t had to show our passports at borders since we left England - it’s just the campsites that need to see them.
We were making our way to a farm in Baulou, and stopped off for supplies. Now we are back in France, we need to be conscious of everywhere being closed on Sundays.
The farm information mentioned that they had 2 Motorhome stopovers available. There was 1 already there, so we parked up alongside. We called the owner to let her know we were there, and she came to say hello a little later on. She also invited us to have coffee with her in the morning - what a lovely gesture - best put my alarm on.
